About the project: This short film features three grantees of the Open Society Foundations—a community organizer, a public defender, and a journalist—working to rebuild their city through arts and culture, criminal justice reform, and greater transparency . Change from Within: Three Stories from New Orleans looks at how each unique commitment to open society ideals places these individuals and organizations at the forefront of change in New Orleans.
